Despite running a successful business for 12 years, and having never struggled bringing new ideas or creativity to the table, I knew something was missing, but just couldn’t put my finger on it. Enter Mark and Adele June 2018. Through one to ones and group coaching as well as a whole team workshop, Missing Piece energised each and every team member to feel and want to be part of the vision and future of our Clinic.

I feel sure it was a challenge for them to work with doctors, nurses and scientists with little or no understanding or appreciation of  the commercial and cultural demands of our business, but they made it work and we are all on the same page now.
